The Singing Waiters will be back in 2026 as well! Havezathe Carpe Diem offers a unique dinner experience where you will not only be pampered culinairily, but also be musically surprised by the singing waiters.
While you enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner, they will frame the evening with live singing. We are currently looking for a date, but as soon as it is confirmed you can make a reservation to experience an unforgettable evening, full of atmosphere, flavour and song!
You will be welcomed at 6:30 PM in our historic restaurant with an aperitif and an amuse, after which a delicious 4-course surprise dinner by our chef will follow.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements and/or allergies in advance, and we will be happy to take them into account.

Our restaurant: flavoursome, atmospheric and welcoming
In our havezathe, you are warmly welcome for a flavoursome lunch, an elaborate dinner, or a special culinary experience. Our atmospheric restaurant is located in the historic barn of the farmhouse, making dining out a true experience. Our passionate kitchen team, led by chef Lars Elshof, certainly plays a big part in that. Every day, they work with the finest fresh, seasonal ingredients to make each course something special. And when the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the view and relaxed atmosphere outside on the terrace.
In addition to our regular dinner and lunch menu, we offer special chef’s surprise dinners with multiple courses, optionally paired with carefully selected wines or alcohol-free combinations. Looking for an intimate dinner for a private party? Then private dining is possible in our atmospheric Herenkamer. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you are warmly welcome to come and savour the quality of the food and the hospitality that makes this unique place so loved.
