Start your morning relaxed with an extensive breakfast at Havezathe Carpe Diem. In the atmospheric restaurant of our havezathe, you can enjoy a varied breakfast with fresh bread rolls, toppings, yogurt, fruit, breakfast cereals, and hot drinks.
Whether you are a hotel guest, have a business appointment, or would like to enjoy breakfast with family or friends: our breakfast offers everything for a tasty start to the day.
Reservations are possible up to no later than 24 hours in advance.

In our havezathe, you are warmly welcome for a flavoursome lunch, an elaborate dinner, or a special culinary experience. Our atmospheric restaurant is located in the historic barn of the farmhouse, making dining out a true experience. Our passionate kitchen team, led by chef Lars Elshof, certainly contributes to that. Every day, they work with the very finest fresh, seasonal ingredients, turning each course into something special. And when the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the view and the relaxed atmosphere outside on the terrace.
In addition to our regular dinner and lunch menus, we offer special chef’s surprise dinners with multiple courses, optionally paired with carefully selected wines or alcohol-free combinations. Prefer an intimate dinner for a private party? Then private dining is possible in our charming Herenkamer. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you are warmly welcome to come and taste the quality of the food and the hospitality that makes this unique place so beloved.
