Our beautiful restaurant is situated within the oldest part of the building, dating back to as early as 1137 A.D. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We welcome both hotel guests as well as outside guests.
Breakfast midweek: 07.00am – 10.00am
Breakfast weekend: 08.00am – 10.00am
Lunch: 11.30am – 4.00pm
Dinner: From 5.30pm
As we want to include as many local and seasonal flavours in our dishes as we can, we have a seasonal menu that changes every two months. Our Head Chef and his team personally ensure that you will always have fresh, local ingredients that change with the time of year. This allows you to enjoy local fine dining to the fullest with ingredients that are all locally grown.
Our extensive a la carte menu is paired with our own wine suggestions, which creates an immersive and comprehensive fine dining experience.
